Our Training Philosophy
We believe that training courses should be developed with a balance of standardized content and customized modules to suit the specific learning needs of our customers. Before any training is conducted, we analyze your training needs during an upfront discussion. Then, we scope course development based on existing training materials. After that, we cooperate with subject matter experts to design the best activities and scenarios to ensure learner retention.
As a training provider, one of our primary goals is to generate and distribute professionally-designed course handouts that not only serve as in-class guides but also as crucial reference material that you can use at the intersection. Whether materials are on paper or in a digital format, we aim for maximum retention through our handouts and job aids.
To surmount the learning challenges during COVID social distancing, we deliver training through various modalities: traditional in-person training (in consideration of any COVID protocols in place); internet-based distance learning with live instructors; or video-based learning through our Econolite Learning Management System (ELMS).
For our direct customers, we enlist the expertise and experience of our field service representatives and solutions consultants to execute the training material we tailor to meet our customers’ requirements. For regions supported by our broad network of top-notch distributors, we collaborate with our partners’ skilled trainers to provide hands-on and/or distance learning opportunities.
